Scheduling Procedures:

-weekly lessons recommended to start, frequency will increase with progress

-schedule lessons a week in advance

-registration for sessions on saturday at 10:00 AM on great park ice’s daysmart website.

-scheduling is done over text message (email takes longer)

-off ice lessons recommended to start during academy prep classes

Payment Policy:

-payment is due on the day of the lesson

-payment received through zelle, venmo, or cash. payment is not handled through great park ice.

-note the date of the lesson in the payment esp. if it’s late

-rate is $45/30 minutes

Late and No-Show Policy:

-if you are running late, please call me, send me a text message, or write me an email. if no communication is received, i will wait 20% of the lesson time. after that, i may leave. the full lesson fee will still be charged.

-clients not showing during the lesson will still be charged the full lesson fee. the lesson fee is charged for coaching time.

Cancellation Policy:

-please cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the lesson, if not, full lesson fee will still be charged

Miscellaneous:

-if the freestyle session starts late (e.g. the zamboni gets off the ice late), i am happy to modify the ending time of the lesson, provided that it does not conflict with my other students’ lessons.
